in alignment with its program standards.

No, registering in the international program does not equate final acceptance. Students must wait for acceptance from the program which is influenced by the quality of the supporting martials submitted by the student.

Yes, students may apply independently to the program

of their choice. However, in this case, they will not be

considered “Mawhiba” students, and Mawhiba bears

no responsibility or financial obligations toward their

participation.

A. Costs Covered by the Student:

•  The participation fee for the Mawhiba Ambassadors Program, as specified in the Guidelines for Student Participation in the Mawhiba Ambassadors Program.

•  International medical insurance.

•  Visa issuance fees.

•  Any additional program-related expenses, such as books, supplies, and stationery.

•  Any other personal or incidental expenses.

B. Costs Covered by Mawhiba

Mawhiba covers the following as part of the program's tuition:

•  The cost of the international program, including:

Program attendance fees.

Participation fees for the international program.

Student accommodation and daily meals provided by the hosting institution.

Transportation between the airport and the program venue (in accordance with the regulations outlined in the Guidelines for Student Participation in the Mawhiba Ambassadors Program).

•  A round-trip economy class ticket for the student to the country where the program is held.

No,  Students are expected to travel independently. In accordance with Mawhiba's policy, students will be housed in appropriate accommodation, as required by the program, either at the program’s headquarters or in university housing. They will be supervised by program officials. While parents may accompany their children during travel and stay in the same city as the program, Mawhiba will not cover any associated expenses.

If the guardian wishes to accompany the student, Mawhiba will not be responsible for any costs or arrangements related to the guardian’s travel, including changes to reservations, accommodation, visas, or other expenses. The student is not allowed to leave the program and stay with the guardian during the program period. Mawhiba disclaims any responsibility for the student outside of the program hours and after the program has ended.

A Mawhiba coordinator is assigned to each student after they are nominated for the program. The coordinator will guide the student through each step of the registration process. Students must follow the coordinator's instructions and should not proceed with any steps until they have communicated with the assigned coordinator.

Communication skills are crucial and are considered one of the most important qualities for candidate students, reflecting their professionalism. Therefore, students must respond promptly to all correspondence from Mawhiba.

Students are responsible for following the instructions provided by Mawhiba and the Program, and for submitting all required documents within the deadlines specified by both Mawhiba and the Program.

The amount varies based on the program's duration and the city where it is held. This information is usually available on the program’s website, especially in the FAQ section. Students can also reach out to the program directly before traveling for further details.

The student will obtain the visa based on the program’s requirements and in accordance with the visa type specified on the official website and in the information file provided to nominated students. Visa types may vary depending on the specific program.

The refundable deposit of 1,000 SAR will be returned subject to the submission of all post-program deliverables. These include the certificate of participation, evaluation form, final project (if applicable), and any other requirements requested by Mawhiba following the student’s participation.
