Electronics... creativity... robots... they always fascinate her.
These interests were linked in her mind to Japan.. so she spent her childhood dreaming of being Japanese..!
She dreams of being that serious, genius girl who makes devices talk, walk, and fulfill people's needs..!
She got some of what she wanted, so she came up with an idea to bring life back to devices and extend their lives.
She is above all;
Kholoud bint Muhammad Ala Allah, (27 years old), a graduate of the Department of Computer and Information Sciences, was fortunate to switch between two study plans during her university studies, combining the Department of Computer Applications (Software) and the Department of Information Technology to become a specialized engineer and technician. She wanted to be a Japanese inventor... so she became something like that!
Simple rewards taught me a lot:
Like all creative people, Kholoud was interested in the details of small problems, raised by questions, and found their answers in her father’s library, who valued knowledge and culture. When her father noticed her questions and passion for reading, he began to encourage her to do more research, so he set a reward for each person in her family who read a book and summarized it during the weekend. The reward was either a sum of money or an outing, so the library meant for Kholoud a means of culture, fun and entertainment as well. The simple competitions and rewards in my childhood taught me challenge!
This competition did not only teach Kholoud how to read, comprehend and summarize books.. it also taught her how to set a goal for herself and stick to it.. how to be patient to get a reward or an outing.. how to dream.. and how to insist on achieving her dream.. and indeed; Kholoud wanted to be the Japanese inventor, and she wanted to be the great doctor.. so she became something similar to that.. a computer engineer, an inventor and a successful manager.
Kholoud won third place in the first preparatory conference of King Saud University 1430 AH, Physics Track, Earth Sciences - Energy and its Fields - and participated in several exhibitions, including; the exhibition of the first preparatory scientific conference of King Saud University, as well as the Entrepreneurship Exhibition 1431 AH, and finally; the Future Scientists Exhibition of King Saud University 1432 AH.
Innovation of Kholoud Ala Allah:
Electric stand for charging devices:
The idea of the innovation revolves around an electric support stand that supports the battery to extend the charging period for several hours for devices with limited power. It also extends the life of the battery, so that it becomes able to charge for a longer period than its expected life. I am Newton of Saudi Arabia, and I will have 1000 inventions in the future!
Kholoud said that the idea of innovation was born from her suffering with devices that suddenly stop while she was completing important work, especially since her work, due to her specialization, is only done through devices. Kholoud says: Not only that, but I have always believed that there is wasted energy in the universe and nature that we can benefit from, and I used to read a lot in the field of energy and how to benefit from it.
Kholoud, now 27 years old, works as the director of the library of the Science and Medical Studies Departments affiliated with the Deanship of Library Affairs: King Saud University. She was inspired by her specialization, work, and readings to create eight ideas for new innovations, and she is now working on developing them.. aspiring to achieve a thousand innovations, and to be the Newton of Saudi Arabia, so that her parents and her country will be proud of her..
Kholoud believes that with work, faith, persistence and determination, she will achieve this.
